Default no signal!

hi all im in a tw area using starview 4 usb and had my box for months now and no problem using the v1.07 firmware but today i put it on and it said no signal so i went to menu and done the secret code that was ok so i did a factory reset and a auto scan and now only have 38 channels

is it the end of the line?

press menu then 1570 on remote set default key turn keycode to on exit to sky sports 1 and wait for update

mine went down last night with no signal turned out the network was just down check the vm website for the status in ur area!

the o/p has 38 channels so he does have a signal

have just tried same proob also the network will just be down in ir area just keep checking the vm website for updates!
