Default Re: Freesat buying and installing

OK thanks for that.
But can I first try to get both 28 and 19.3 with the monoblock, or is that REALLY not possible with the Monoblock?
I would be loathe to ditch the Monoblock, I only recently bought it from Southern Sats to replace my original analogue LNB!

LATER: but wait a minute, the LNB isn't analogue! It's just an LNB, so I can use it for 28......

You simply can't use a monoblock for 28E +19E, the monoblock you have is designed for sats 6 degrees apart not 9.

I suggest you first try seeing if you put a third LNB on there for 28E, that you can get a signal, as there apparently is a way of using a monoblock cascaded with another diseqc switch, but I have never tried it.
