Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help. I lost all the channels on my Pace box yesterday for a few hours but they finally did come back on. However the problem is when they came back on I have lost all my movie channels!!!! Well all except the sky family channel!! On the ones that need a pin it just says Please activate your pin to view this area, call customer services which obviously I cant do. Can anyone tell me how I can get past this please? Thanks for any help.

go into eng menu and set your pin mate

Ok. Thank you. I'll give that a try. Am I right in thinking that I need to hold the up n down channel buttons on box while its booting up? And do I do this with my viewing card in or out? Thanks again for your help.
