Need Help on my EuroVox, Please!!! - Techwatch Support Forums: Digital & Satellite TV, FTA, Cable, Computers, Mobile Phones, Apple and General Tech Forums

Im trying to get into all this Tech stuff, I live in the Newport area, South Wales.
I just purchased 2 EuroVox 1100 units but find myself kinda stuck...
1. First i set my symbol rate to 6887 Which i think is right.
2. performed powerscan.
...as its scanning i can see all these channels comming up in the box, nice

But after it finishes like 20mins later all i get is BB1,2 and ITV just the terrestrial Channels.
Whats going on? Can anyone help me out please in time for Xmas?

Sounds as if you have the FTA firmware.
You need to flash your box with the patched firmware, try the downloads section, or the TCB toolbar.

Yep, sounds like you have not flashed them as Omega says...

can anybody help me i have a eurovox max v and i have had it working ok with all the normall channels untill a couple of days then i lost all the sky sports and the movie channels and a few others just wondered if anybody could help!!!

if you had read the reply to your first post you would know the answer.

Omega Kent.Install the F/W dated 25/09/2009 Then put the box on SSpts1 to update job done.But having read some of the newer posts I see there are people having probs in your area so if you have correce F/W on the box this could be your prob.

You are in Leeds and have been Nagra 3'd

You either subscribe properly or you do without.
