can sum1 pls help starview box sayin scrambled or bad channel and nt clue how fix tried this menu and pressin 1570 nothing happens can you tell me how to gt channels bk on pls also the software came with box so if needs updatin how do i do that

1/ where are you.?
2/ what box have you got?
3/ when did it go off?
4/ if it came with s/ware on, wont need updating!!!!!
