can u watch a dreambox from another pc?

hi, im really lovin this dreambox - iv even got a program that means i can watch the channels on my pc via my home network, (programs called dreambox viewer)

with the cable boxes going off im in a bit of hot water with the father in law cause it was me who told him to get a cheap starview a few months back (saved him loads but he never liked liked me)

anyway my plan is to get sky in and also use my dreambox so i can watch it in other bedrooms etc.

but as i dont want to have to tell him to buy sky etc to see the football i was wondering if there was a way he could view my dreambox over the net

i know there is some programs that let you use your pc from another location but i think they can cost a bit is there anything like this i can use for free?

will probably have more questions about the dreambox is i progress but wow what a good box (even tho it took me a hell of a long time to set it up)

Yes - you can stream across the net using vlc, or pipe the av outputs to him via a slingbox
