when Vm move to nagra 3 and we loss the channels can we still use the eurovox for freeview channels or will they go as well?

Yes you can still use it as a freeview box.

to use it as freeview box do you have to use the virginmedia cable or rooftop aerial.

I have been thinking in getting a Eurovox EX6000SN but have been put off by all the talk of NAG3 - if I can still use it to receive free to air channels through my Virgin feed then I may take the chance of at least getting some use out of it. Does anyone know if it would be capable of getting channels that I subscribe to (if I get Sky Sports would it then receive this regardless of NAG3) so that I could use it in another room?

no you will need a normal VM box. The eruovox will not be able to get them channels when nag3 hits
