Default Setting Up unlocked 3mobile to free wifi first

Can anyone help me set up

the huawei modem so that it will select a free wifi connection before using any allowance

If no free wifi available then it uses any allowances

If you can provide instructions on what I need to do in the management area that would be great

I intend to use o2 mobile

Thanks

dont get what you mean, the wifi dongle uses a simcard which u have to topup...., if i was to go buy a t-mobile dongle with sim and unlock it i would be able to use a vodaphone one in it or orange etc, never heard of selecting a wifi connection and using it for free........

O2 offer free unlimited wifi in certain wifi hotspots namely bt openzone, and cloud, this then doesnt eat in to any allowance.

I want to put this sim into an unlocked e5830 modem but want it to pick the free wifi if within radar before it uses any allowance, maybe I need to download the o2 dongle management area and see if it can read the modem then set it up there,

The o2 dongle must do this straight away
