Default bit of help here please

everytime i get a missin channel i get it back on as normal by inputin the code manually. but for some reason when i get a channel back on i notice it makes some other channels dissapear. how can i get round this i put my codes in manually

i'm in the teeside area & could do with these codes please

dave ja vu
