Yup a post is an individual contribution. The thread is what the complete series of posts is.

Hi first timer here, just chancing my luck here. My dad has just bought one of the eurovox boxes, and he can't receive any channels. he bought it on the advice of one of his friends who bought one from the same place a week earlier and he connected it up and scanned for and received all the channels. He has been round to my dads to help him as my dad scanned but no channels were found, but between the pair of them still no luck. So my dad asked me if I knew anyone who could help, unfortunately he only gave me the system make and no model number. He is out at the moment so I can't get it, but just wondered if he is missing some kind of basic step in the installation????
