If you are in kirklees area and you have lost your chanels then reset to factory default on both symbol rates then do power scan on symbol rate 6887. Scan results are a little different, takes about 10 mins total and you should have your service back.

Just to confirm, I'm in thee Leeds/Kirklees/York area and my box wasn't working this morning, after following instructions just now, all okay now, just need to resort channel

snoopdog mate can you check if you have movie chanels please. my chanels seem to be ok up to 55 then says please wait code updating. bit worrying. now trying scan on other symbol rate.

PANIC OVER. Scan with SR 6887 is correct all codes are updated after about 1 hour. Enjoy!!!

I can confirm I am receiving all channels, movies and sports....watch champs league games last night and watching tonight also...all good so far

Hi i am new to this site and would like to thank you all for the help so far. i am now having difficulty following firefoxdc and cannot receive any channels on symbol rate 6887 after doing factory default. would appreciate any guidence thank you.

Your ip address puts you in Leeds. Its game over for you - all the encrypted channels are now secure encrypted and you have the followeing choice

1) pay the going rate for a proper subscription for the channels you want to watch

2) do without

3) drop cable and joing Sky UK instead.

Your choice, but thats the ONLY choice for you now.
