hi all having a bit of trouble with this box here is where i am at have bk and ird wrote card pulled red jumper reset freq and pin plugged in says err11 err 12 then goes off there is two green led lit still and on screen for vm powering up please wait left this for ages now no change in em the net id still on 09999 i in a pure area any ideas all

if the net id doesn't set itself try setting it using funcard or libby also set the freq and let the box update m8.
