There are a load of posts like this on the first couple of pages of this forum, start using the search function.
I will spell this out one more time.
From the main menu perform a factory reset, once this is done switch the box off using the switch at the back of the box (not the mains or standby, you must use the switch).
Download the firmware from either bigmaqs toolbar or from the download section in the FTA forum (FTA forum only available to those with 10+ posts, bigmaq toolbar can be found with a google search). dec 3rd '09 is the latest firmware although any firmware from march '09 will suffice.
Put the firmware at the root of a usb stick, insert into the eurovox, switch it on and the firmware should update automatically. Once this is done perform a scan at the appropriate frequency for your area (6.887 for pure ntl areas or I think 6.952 for tw) and the channels should appear.

If I've helped please click thanks.

hey vlad
what problem are you having? from the post above i see they didnt tell you to rename the file to flash.tbn which makes a lot of difference!
also if it comes in a rar or zip file it will need unzipping first then rename it then clean a usb flash drive (make it empty) add the file and follow the instructions given in the above post.

if you still struggle elt me know where you think your goiung wrong and ill help all i can!

regards dave

Also worth noting that the flash drive which you put the flash.tbn file onto must be formatted to fat 32.
