hi
Thats if you can get them to understand that the building exsists. my son has moved into rented flat and has a v-box and modem left by previous tenant . i have rang virgin for 8 hrs yesterday and an hour today to arrange new services , all i get is unable to find 3 yr old building and no services are present. (we can get v-box to work with basic channels)
I am now waiting for local manger to visit premises and find away forward to update virgin .
overall this firm is a shower of ****

i will wait with baited breath in 7-10 days time
