hi again this box i have when i enter em the net id is ***** tried pulling red jumper left off over night still the same why wont it go to 09999

That's because it is a Pure box mate and Pure Net IDs set themselves. Did you unplug the cable feed before pulling the jumper?

hi blakey yes m8 left jumper off for a full 24hrs still the same the box now stays on tune wheres as the other day it came on i used an led sim for the bk since then it not found the net id any ideas mate

leave it on stream 4 a while, but these boxes are r***sh, i have got 2 stuck on the same problem u having and i gave up on them.
