Default Sammy 2110 c

I have a Sammy 2110 c VM box and genuine VM card. I had the card chipped about 4 months ago, however since Friday i haven't been able to get any channels except BBC1 to Channel 5 and the odd freeview channel after that. any time i try to switch to any channels, ITV2 for instance, its not greyed out but a box comes up on screen saying "You haven't subscribed to this channel yet". Will i need the card reprogrammed?

Any help appreciated.
