pmsl @ Martin

Difference is though, I'd be willing to step out at 25,000 feet, as I have the reflex's of a Cat and faster than a striking Cobra!

As a point of fact, some high posting senior members have 'gone' from the forum in the past due to their continued abusiveness to those less knowledgeable.

And to those that do like to belittle those beginners and the like, instead of trying to make them look stupid, why not either ignore them, or post a link to a thread where their quetsion has already been answered.
robbo perfect advice. but i have noticed attitudes changed lately towards newbeys mainly from senior members every post towards newbys is yawn yawn yawn. or search google its hard to search google when you dont no what to search google for. a littler steer in the right direction goes a long way. if it is getting boring for the senior members would it not be just as easy to not post a reply or post a link to one of the many boring posts that have been done to death (it is a forum after all) then there will be no hard feelings between knowledgeable members and not so knowladgable members

Honest question, what do you think the difference between the 2 actually are?

(honest question, so expect an honest answer)

ones knowledgeable on sat or cable and one is not. which category do you fall in just because you have cable animal in your sig does not mean you no any thing about cable hacking or coding. what is your contribution to to bringing free premium tv to the people of this forum and how many guides have you made. your just a follower in this forum like me dont make out that you bring free cable tv for the members of this forum. it all sounds like sour grapes to me premium tv is going out the window and people are getting frustrated,. bye bye techwatch hope i am back very soon to continue in these newby arguments

That makes two of us.

You see that completely proved my point (one of many) Mods can talk down to whoever, the other night I had a pop at a mod for slating a newbie then that very same mod sent me a warning a bit later. But when they hear stuff they don't like they start throwing their cyber weight around.

You spoke to me like a child, which I will not take. Yeah my response was stupid and against the rules and possibly childish but i certainly meant it. You would never speak to me like that face to face so why do it behind a keyboard ? Honest question ?

Look if your not going to reinstate my original account you may as well delete this one too, not that i'm going to rebel, just cause i ain't going to use it

Guys, if you read this post , you will realise why I started it in the 1st instance. All |I can see is senior members on the back foot jumping to the defensive shaggy approach ; it wasnt me !! I am staggered that junior members have been afraid to join in the debate on this post and name and shame those responsible for the level of abuse that goes on within this site.
I must however emphasise again and again that there are some cracking senior members on this site without whom I would not have been able to do 10 rounds with Mr. Branson over the last lot of years.
But there are those rouge elements that make it unpleasant for others within the site and as senior members it is my view that you should seek to eliminate that not excuse it because your own posts are helpful.
So loads of posts from senior members on this thread, lets hear from junior members , this post is for your voice to be heard and hopefully make things better for those who come behind you in the future.
