Default Satellite on PC

Hi

I'm a bit new. How does satellite on pc work I've heard about it. All i know is i have to get a tv card which i can hook up a dish to and run a program. And What channels do i get from it?

Thats about the general gist of it.

Probably the best card on the market is the SkyStar2 HD. You will get any FTA channels you want out of the box so to speak. And a FTA setup is pretty easy.

It is capable of quite abit more though with some technical jiggery pokery, but be prepared to spend quite abit of time on it to get it working. You'll probably spend a while with google reading up before attempting it. They arent the easiest things in the world to sus out.

You really need to spend some time with google and do some research on this. Once you do it will all become apparent.
