You won't find any help on this forum i'm afraid. The rules on c/s discussion are quite clear.

1. No Technical Discussion
2. No Asking for Shares
3. No Offering of Shares

Hi mate. The Sun channels channels are transmitted in mpeg4, so the first question is does you pci card cope with mpeg4 transmissions??

If not then you dont have any hope of seeing them at all.

Also please reemember this is a European forum - almost none of the members here have any experience with anything but the European signals.

Well the specs say MPEG2 and don't mention MPEG4, so the Sun channels are out. It would be a similar to running a SkyStar2 if it will work. Try googling "SkyStar2" there are plenty of guides about to help you.
