i have a panasonic th-42pv70p which has started to have lines down the screen simular but not as bad as this one has, its the same model though: 42" Panasonic TH-42PV70P ( Spares Repair ) lines Down on eBay (end time 26-Nov-09 22:41:29 GMT)

can anyone shed any light on this

i repaired one a few month ago i followed this tut and it worked a treat please let us no how you get on m8

was that the same fault as mine or was it thick black lines, mine has very thin lines which are hardly noticable but can be seen in a light background and they also change colour occasionally, they also dissapear occasionally but not sure if this is just because of the screen changing colour

there was thick black lines but you have nothing to lose a bit of time and some solder
