Default Eurovox usb version

I have always used the older euro voxs, recently bought the usb version ex 1100 plugged in tried the scan, nothing, tried it at two different houses and still nothing, it picks up the channels but then it states that the channel is scrambled, i have also noticed that the signal fluctuates from around 28% to 82%, my old euro vox box works no problem with the setup i have

any advice please, do i need to flash the box again with new firmware or will the firmware on the box i bought last saturday have the latest firware on.

cheers in advance guys

you need to flash it either with a usb pen or the way i did it was to download the updated firmware then connected to the box with serial null modem cable and did it that way

I got that for a while and found it goes away if you change channels, I hardly ever get it now.
