still no luck on reboot or changing dates?
is it me being stupid but if i get sly sports x and news but not 123 can it be the card
would all channels not go off

hi all,I`ve had a couple of 4001`s with the same problems.If u have a look in the "settings menu"on the remote u will probably find that the "snr" signal strength is far lower on the missing channels than the channels that are working.What I do is treat it as if were "Stuck in tune".Replace the capacitors a few at a time and u will most likely find that the signal strength will increase.The box is more than likely getting ready to pack in"Stuck in tune".
this is all supposing that ur signal strength is good and ur getting the best strength u can get.Try it without any splitters or somewhere with a good signal first to see if that cures it .....good luck
