Default Virgin1 'scrambled channel'

Ive got ALL my channels as normal apart from Virgin1...

One day it just came up with 'scrambled channel'. Ive deleted my channels and rescanned. I get all the channels again apart from Virgin1... I get Virgin1 +1 ok too.

Any ideas?

I take it you have left the channel on for a few seconds so that the box/card can update the keys? Also, what is the signal level like on the channel?

Yeah ive left it on Virgin1 for a while.

When I press 'INFO' the blue bar is full and the green is short by a cm or 2 - EX7000HD.

It's strange how all my other channels work apart from just that one...

The EPG for the channel works fine too.

Can you save the channel listings/bouquets like you can on a DBox?

for me on my 7000HD box
if channel is missing
scroll on remote to the the channel your looking for or nearest channel to it
frequency should be displayed for few secs [have pen& paper ready]
ie for me Virgin 1 is 635.000mhz
press menu
user installation
scroll to 635mhz
click ok on remote
empty box beside frequency should go blue
press blue [scan]
thats it channel found
