ok im having issules with a pace 4000 n ( NTL ) box

this is what i have done:

jtaged, got bk and ird ,made a net id, all set and a working box for 3 weeks in a tw area.

Then my mate moved to his GF`s, a NTL area

so i pulled jumper, set net id for the area he is in along with the defraut (did this at my house in a tw area) took box to his, comes up ap 53 and bang, all on but of course only FTA channels. 3 Days have passed and still says 3.6 in the Em

ok, so i made a fun card for the box and have tried the following flashes:

NTL_CHAOS_FUN_FIX_271108.hex
pure-chaos08042008.hex
PURE_FUN_FIX.hex

all with starting 2c as the cam and my ex is made in toxic and the keys on keymaster as well as the bigmac bar

BUT im only getting FTA and sometimes getting smart card is wrong errors

any ideas?

forgot to add, me and G77 have come to the idea of no keys and put it in?

cam id is wrong m8, 2C is for tw, 24 is for pure.

hi mate, im wondering if this was a old cw and went to ntl? would that matter??

4000n woks in pure even if it was ex cw m8, just correct the cam id 24...... and that should do it for you, the flash is fine m8.

Incorrect . The 4000 does not work in pure ntl area . only the 4001/4010.

I was under the impression that Pace 4000-n is for ex C&W.

Must be a magic box if it works in TW and Pure. Unless VM has merged the netids of bothe areas recently.

how can you say incorrect, you should read the thread first.

as you can read the box is working in pure but only receiving FTA m8.

Did changing the CAM ID sort the issue? Also, have you checked the rights and expiry dates on Tier 8 of the card mate?
