Default anybody know about spiderbox?

I've just got a spiderbox HD9000. As it came it is almost useless. However this box is patchable. The problem is that I don't know what the instructions are to patch it and I can't find a loader file to load the patches. The information should be on the alsat forum but unfortunately alsat has disappeared. If anyone reading this knows how to do this I would appreciate their help...
...please!

Its one Alsat is selling, and its new enough that it wont have many users yet.

The forum is still there - I can see the front page, I suggest you go and ask some questions over there.

That's wierd! Alsat still doesn't show up here and I've phoned a friend who says he got an e-mail from alsat saying that they were being disrupted and redirecting to another site. Unfortunately he deleted it without remembering what that site was.
Now the good news.... Problem solved. I put the patch onto a flashdisk and the spiderbox read it from there without needing a loader file at all. It's working fine now. Thanks for giving my problem consideration and know that you are appreciated.

I can assure you that Alsat is still going mate, he is the one who knows all about this box, he is the one who is pushing it so best to ask him.
