Thanks lads.I thought I must be getting them from 19.2.As 21.6 is so close.
But on lyngsat I could not find the tp's or channels.on 19.2
I know that I am on the outer edge of the 21.6 footprint.But I will keep having a go at it.You never know a stray signal may hit my dish someday.

Lbc is mpeg-4 dvb-s2, the tm5400 wont pick this up try for Al-rai on 11529 v 2858 .

I've tried lbc tonight no wounder I cannot get it.
I did get AL-rai, but the Q was low.
Glad to know that it belongs to 21.6 though.
