Hi,
I have spent ages reading these and other forums but cant work out why or how to correct it.
I have setup my receiver but it will not receive itv or channel 4.
Can anyone help me please?

try a direct scan ie remove the cable to modem from splitter so the only cable is going to the tv then do a factory reset and rescan remeber to turn keycode back to on in secret menu and set default key then go to sky sports 1 and wait for update

Hi (Fife) mine were off too ---- message " no signal" just waited 24 hrs and they magically re-appeared

my mums box has done this!!! was it resolved? and she has a cable box on full package up stairs, if i do a full re install on the sv usb do i need to dc the official one?
