Hi thuglife. Gadget is absolutely right mate... you don't have to worry about the Revolution. There are many threads on forums explaining the story but basically the genuine eurovox team is a team of people that create the boxes then they choose a manufacturer to make them. So far there have been 5 or 6 different manufacturers that have made various eurovoxes over time. There is a thread on afterdawn that lists them.

But one of the manufacturers (the one that gadget mentions) did a bit of a dirty trick on the eurovox designers so they dropped them from their christmas card list LOL.

After that, the crappy manufacturer then tried to release a box they made themselves and badged it (quite unfairly) as a Eurovox, and yes you guessed it, the pile of sh*t they released was called the EX1100 !!

You know how awful that EX1100 box is which says it all, it is because it is not a box by the genuine eurovox designers. The box that is genuinely by the proper people is the (surprise surprise) Revolution 6000, and that box is astoundingly good.

To throw my two-pence in, my view is that if it isn't by the Kuro team then it isn't genuine. Otherwise anyone could take anything and call it Eurovox. We could see dreambox clones badged as eurovoxes and we WOULD DEFINATELY know they would not be genuine, wouldn't we? My view is that this crappy manufacturer is stealing the eurovox name, not the other way around.

All I will say is put the EX1100 and the 6000 Revolution side by side and tell me which one you think was designed by the genuine eurovox team.

Just noticed they have finally decided to spent some $ on the crap website they had touting for sales of the 1000's and 1100.

Lying tossers still claim the 8000 Model and TX as there own......LOL's

People will make up there own mind which box is good or bad as soon as they use them.
