There is a lot of talk about N3 and its ability to outwit us, but if you think, do we ever really watch cable? for the die hard sports peeps its good but othewise repeat after repeat i've been off work since the start of the year due to ill health,i thought cable TV would have been a god send!!! wrong

its an interesting point if you take the time to think about it.i remember before getting the "magic channels" after the great HIT of november when loads of rom cards were killed(no atr) i was using a multi-tier card that gave most of the channels but not all.I remember trying to get the asian channels to work.i spent ages messing with the tiers and you know,have no interest in them at all and have never watched any of them since but i
just dont like the idea of not having them... But as it stands at the moment the new n3 will stop most people and if the box does go off then so what.will i miss the channels ? well of course i will but i just think that i have been watching the both analog and digital for over 8 years for free,just paying for 4mb(10mb) broadband so as is often said,all good things often come to an end! merry christmas. sparky |
