help needed

hi all, i have a problem with a tm7755.
i have patched this receiver and it loaded and everything works ok.
the problem is the patch does'nt open the srg swiss chns:
i went to update the keys, i pressed mute>exit and the cas menu opened
i used the vol: button to go to the keys>ok.
and found the menu empty> cas-op-key-code all blank.
the only thing in the menu is [ob] in the key i have tried always to
enter the provider ident and keys, with no luck.
there are two patches for the tm7755> the allpatch that i used
and the cxirpatch, have i used the correct patch, and might a re-patch
clear the problem. has anyone come across this.

just to tell you all i have sorted this problem
with help from a goods friend. this is how to enter
the keys on a tm 77552ci
[1] press menu>config>caskey>ok.
[2] coloured buttons on the menu to set ie:-via/nagra/seca/etc:
for viaccess>use yellow button to high light the via systems.
[3] scroll down the list for the required provider.
[4] high light the code>ok. enter the new keys>ok.
[5] press yellow button to store the keys.
[6] go to the chns: you entered the keys for, now they will clear.
