i have just gone over to watch the darts and the picture was beaking up a bit puzzled checked conections fine
so i thought i would check signal levels i was shocked the signal was going from 92% to 0% then up to 90% back to 0% etc
i was very puzzled the
so on to google the first post i come across was posted by robbo

DECT Frquencies are 1880 to 1900 MHz


Hi band problems:-

12480 to 12500 MHz (10600 MHz LO) IF is 1880 to 1900 MHz

Lo band problems:-

11630 to 11650 MHz (9750 MHz LO) IF is 1880 to 1900 MHz

bloody hand held phone upluged power to phone all is well now
thats another one for me to remember
so if anyone is having probs on this tp try unplugging your hand held phone

Yup - a bullseye frequency for Dect.

90% of the time Dect is responsible for problems on the 28E fta music channels on 11642V

thanks Analoguesat on the other tp and the info the other day
is it the phone receiver that causes the problem if so i could move it slightly but not to far without rewiring it thanks for any info/cure

You may well find just moving the base unit a foot or so solves the problem. You will need to experiment to see if you can get it far enough away.

thanks m8 my sat box and phone are side by side will give it a go tomorrow as cables are tangled and no play on them

LOL, thanks for finding that post martin.

I was trying to remember that info the other day, and couldn't remember the DECT frequencies and couldn't be bothered to work out which TPs were affected. Think I'll make that post a sticky somewhere so I can find it next time.
