This is my first post so please have take it easy on me.
If I get a full sub to sky italia are the channels still in english, sorry if that is question.
I will be hopefully sharing the sub with a few close friends and some want to have the football but I only want the U.K channels.

There is English Audio on alot of the programming, though not all. Not sure what you mean by UK Channels, There aren't any on Sky Italia, if you want those buy a Sky UK sub instead.

U.K channels like E4, Discovery, MTV etc which are prob not classed as U.K channels but was hoping they would be avaliable.
This is looking more complicated than I first thought, so I would need a sky uk sub and then a calcio sub for the other football and prob other football related subs.

E4 is only available on the 28E uk satellite slot.

Various European versions of Discovery, MTV etc are available on Sky Italia, but as the programme timings are vastly different from the UK versions you cant look at the radio times and tune into the Sky Italia channels.

To be honest for most folks its easier to get a uk Sky subscription for the entertainment then some extra equipment for the footy.
