Just wanted to post a little about my experiences with DVBLink and VPlug.
Before I was using DVBProg which was ok but nowhere near as good as Windows Media Centre. DVBLink allows you to send a signal that Windows Media Centre can understand and then set-up the guide and such. I had problems getting Vplug to function then I relised that you have to place Vplug in DVBLink\Sources\TVSource\Plugins\ and not in the DVLink folder. Also I tried to copy Vplug from my last install but realised it did not work unless I installed it to it's new location. I used the .log file to see what was happening as you can not get the GUI to work. With Windows 7 I found the odd problem getting it to restart after sleep mode. It did not happen with my Windows 7 RC but nut did on the retail version. But I found a work around using a .bat file to stop and start services on wake-up. I found this solution on DVBLinks forum. Mostly I am very happy with it and have now got a deducted Home Theatre PC with an Atom running low power to enjoy the upgrade to it's full. There a 20 day trial on DVBLink have a look good people.
