how do i put my programmer into phoenix mode ?????? can you help ?????? iam so so so stuck

click on the programmer. in the right corner it says (phoenix) click that then, a box will apper, [frequnency]> [3.58Mhz] & [reset-polarity]> [phoenix]. make sure there both ticked. then press Enable, & it will drop down into the task bar ..then ur in phoenix ..mode ..ready to read with nagra e.c.t ,

lol it is 3.68MHz or narga will not read the card m8

hi mate i have got it now, it was my laptop not picking it up as i cant get it 2 work with vista the drivers dont work so i have used my laptop with xp on it....dont know how i cant get it 2 work
