please help with unlooper

hi there i just had my powersync unlooper come today when i load up sidewinder
but it did give me my ird the 1st time the it just wnen off i get

port detector>
can't detect comport it may be in use elsewhere
make sure card is inserted and loader is powered up
check ports an power and make sure your loader is flashed

and when i open the card with NagraEdit i get

Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful

Have you got programmer in phoenix mode when reading in nagra ? if so i think card is dead m8.

but when i first put it in i loaded up sidewinder get mk ird @ bk it wos working the is just stoped i cant get it work agine how do you put it to phoenix mode

make sure you pick the right com port in nagra

You can use your progg and getbxPc2 software to get your bk. I used it to get mine and seem ok
