The Dreambox will do everything and more than the tm1500 will do but because it is very flexible in terms of software, it is more difficult to master. Having said that, there is lots of help out there.

As for Sky Internet, I dont know of anyone in particular but I imagine there may be some

Hi Jim's advice is as good, as it always is. The only thing you need to understand is that it would be very foolish to use Sly BB for card sharing, as there is a chance they will be monitoring their BB for CS, so just to be on the safe side you would be better not to use it for CS.

even if i am just cardsharing between 2 houses? - no body else on the internet?

also, how do people get invited to private card sharing servers?

is it just a case of buying a subscription valuable and saying youve got it and waiting to be invited?

alsoo could you point me to any posts to show how to patch a dreambox to make it open channels like a tm1500

thanks

You are over stepping the mark mate, detailed discussion of CS is not allowed on here so I would suggest that you edit your post and remove any questions which ask for details of how to CS. I, nor any of the experienced members on here will answer any of your questions regarding CS.

You need to have a good image on your Dreambox and the right EMU, you then need to have the latest keys on the box. As has been said, the dreambox is a great receiver, but it takes for ages to master, be prepared for long and frustrating nights with it, before you get it sorted. You can read loads of information regarding the box, but nothing can be regarded as a substitute for personal experience.

Season's Greetings Wez

With all respects mate, if you google about the subject many c/s specific forums will appear and you can learn alot about it over there. Techwatch isnt really the place for this/

As the name says, you need something to share with the other peers. Before a cheap pron card or JSC sports would have done but to get good peers now you need a good package, e.g HD Sky with sports and movies. Its not cheap, but if you want to find out more then there are plenty of cs forums on the net.
