Talking Help me download my channels back to my ex1000sl box

I got a ex1000sl for the in-laws in October I flashed it and sorted channel order and I saved to my desk top so now today I have another ex1000sl to flash which I’m fine with but could I ask how I download my channel order do I =
1 flash box then download channels ready to plug + play
2 flash box then full scan then download channels ready to plug + play

I would do a factory default reset to remove all the channels etc. (unless its a new box and already as default settings)
then flash the box, then download your channel file to the box and it should be ready to go with all channels as per your cdf file

dude just flash it and scan for channels. 0000 on remote passwd. i found no sort image works best as in updates keys. once you have scanned chans you can then hit red button and sort

i did the flash and scaned for channels but all im getting is updating code please wait so i put it on s*y1 and waited and waited so i did factory reset and did all the above again and still waiting for channels to update
ANY IDEAS please

have you flashed it with the latest firmware UFL darx 24/02/09

if you have flashed with latest firmware then enable emmulation
go into Menu/language settings/OK/enter 1968
you will get 2 extra options emm and emmulation capture
enable both options
then enter 1968 again and on the screen that opens select default key and press ok
exit out to s*y sp***s 1 and hopefully it should update
