Default commando 11.3 image - how do i make sure cams on?

"Once you have done this to both files get the remote control and press

Blue button
Extras Menu
Softcam selection menu

And make sure both the MgCamd & Evocamd are on."

i have tried the above steps, but nothing happens when i press the blue button. i can only enter the settings menu, but i cant locate where the cam menu is...

i have transferred magic files and have done a clean flash of commando 11.3.

can anyone help
