Hi,

I have a Eurovox EX6000SD.

I have been watching the channels through its default random sorting but this morning I tried it with the favourites setting. When I clicked on Favourites the channels, though they are still listed, no longer show what is on! It simply displays - NO CHANNEL...

Can you help me please?

It only seems to be when trying to search through the favourites that the channels dissapear...

hi, if you have done a power/deep scan since you made your favourite list, it will have erased it, even though channels will still show in your favourite list. you will,i'm afraid, have to make another. cheers.

I've never actually made a favourites list. It seems it must have already been there...

Should I do another scan? Will this sort this problem out?

no, as long as your channels are there when you press 'tv' on the remote theres no problem, what you need to do is delete the favourites list by going to menu>>>channels>>favourite manager>>edit, and then delete the favourites list, you can then make your own favourite list, using 'add favourites' and the channels will be there on your favourite button. it is a rather tedious process, but you'll get there in the end, good luck and happy new year.
