What is a deep scan as opposed to a powerscan
Ive been advised that will sort my prob

how do you do it

a power scan and deep scan are there same thing, just different terminology for different boxes, you need to do a power scan if you have the blue.
on the remote press menu>>installation>>user installation>>>power scan>>enter symbol rate, frequencies etc, and then press ok,should take 10 to 20 minutes.
