Yeah it's possible your feed has been disconnected...i'd assumed you'd checked that lol

A couple of what you could try? Modems or MACs? No sorry in both cases

As sr20 said, your cable feed is probably dead. If it is then just order the basic TV package or subscribe to 10MB broadband and they will re-activate your feed .

Should be fine then. May be weak signal, so could try it on the feed the TV is using and/or removing additional splitters.

Are you sure it doesn't lock in the first place or does it lock then rescan?
Also what model modem are you using?

Hi

I am needing help I just bough a ambit 256 preinstalled with haxorware vr39 i got it up and running copying the settings from a ambit 250 i was up for a few days then went down i got onto the contol page and it says "ranging" or Scanning but the modem i got the original setting from is still up and running

Does anyone have and suggestions
