Happy new year to all techwatch team and users.
I am trying to jtag pace box 4010 and I have Jtag, pogo one but i cannot find any tools in download section even I downloaded all folders (Cable TV Backup).

Received bke and I have found my ird and bk thanks. so thats only what i need from the box, I am going to make bin file with my ird and my bk. am i wrong?

depends are you doing a mosc or a fun....if its a fun use swapbin to convert the bin to hex.

Ok, but my IRD is just numeric its only 8 numbers like 12 xx xx xx , no alphabetical, I though must habe some alphabetical. am I wrong?

the box is still displayed nit on the display screen, when this goes out? but i didnt connected yet.

you need to connect it....as long as t/b is done.
