put card in and is says updating service then keep getting a message on tv screen now after trying those things its saying

sorry you cant use this service because your not authorised ??

still no good mate it seems when i put the card in something is updating the i get that message this channel isent avalibale right now try later or call an number LOL im trying it with a pace d4000i as well with ird and box key change on card

double check your BK/IRD, on the public keys key 0: put all the 0's and key 1: put all the 1's and write to card insert it in the box and give it 15 minutes to update m8.

Try a different image, if its no good on two boxes must be something wrong with it.

the image i put on was working on another box so should be ok all i done was change bk/ird ?

Try resetting the box, pull the red jummper?

Open up the box,and you will see a flat battery next to it should be a red jummper...just pull it off and leave for 30sec, then replace
