Hi
I have just bought a jtag kit with pogo's from fleetmicro so i can do a sammy 2100 and a a pace 4000. I'm running windows vista and my computer doesn't have a parallel port so i have bought a parallel port pci card. I have mac mot running and am using bke 2.2, every time i hit connect i get internal error 43 on both the sammy and pace. Can someone please help me out, thanks.

Have you got the P&P legacy enabled in the printer port properties ?

yes, i have it enabled. Is there anything else i can try

try it on pc if you can get one, i neva done it on laptop or vista but pc on xp works all the time for me.

i had a prob with the sammy....so updated it then straight into debug mode. no cable feed in , & the numbers came back !! hold down button in till see ld20 let go & wait for standby light to turn green ..then put the j-tag on ......& mac_not running & all that .I used BKE.2.2

Is your LPT I/O port address 378 ?????? ie true legacy?
Stick with trying it on the PACE, there are other issues to overcome with Sammys that will cloud the issue.... ( ie getting the box in debug mode)
The pace should go into JTAG as soon as you switch it on... It might lock up if the display shows NIT...and you need to switch off/on.
