Default card programming

evening all im new to this .. the question i have is ,,i have an unlooper ,and a card programmer . i just need to kow how i aquire the codes to put on the cards for a ntl box. i have 2 boxes and cards that are paired already but the cards have gone off,do i need to wipe the cards clean and ut new codes on?? and how do i get the codes ..i know i have to read the posts ,i dont want anyone to spoon feed me just want to be pointed in the right direction. it would be most appreciated,, thanks guys and girls

if been done before read cards in nagra and change the dates m8 then rewrite them
