Clean the card's contacts using a pencil eraser. What card programmer do you have?

Use a pencil eraser and just rub the metal contacts underneath the card a few times. Which Phoenix programmer though? There are many variants of card programmers that use Phoenix mode.

What operating system are you using? Try this:

- Right click on Nagra Edit
- Click Properties
- Click Compatibility
- Select Windows 98/ME

Erm, is there a jumper (like the one on a HDD) on the programmer anywhere? Can you take a picture of the programmer for me?

Ahh, i've seen those on eBay. What type of USB cable are you using to power the programmer? I remember trying a flat one with a Dynamite and it wouldn't work so I tried a normal one and it worked a treat .
