Default starview 4, "the box"

hi people , can anyone tell me how i get the software, bin files for my starview box, i have the rs232 cable , also the gt rom v4.00 red arrow on my desktop but what else am i missing please

its the exact same as the very toop pic, but mine is silver, thats the only difference!

Does it say The box super? Or the box super USB? If you have a silver starview 4, Id be quite wary of what to download to it
