hi is it possible to have two modems on one line ? i have virgin at the moment with their modem connected to my computer in one room , but was thinking of a dreambox or similar in the other room but the dreambox would need to be connected to the virgin line through a modem . would this be ok to do by using a splitter , the same as you do with a eurovox . or would it affect the speed of computer in other room . thanks

dont bother and get a router. just connect the dreambox to the router and router to the modem job done that is connect the router to the ethernt port of the dreambox, for the coaxial connect it with a splitter to the cable feed.
basically connect dreambox to the cable feed by splitting it. connect the dreambox to the router with ethernet |
