Heat up your soldering iron, put some flux on the legs of each chip and touch (and I mean just a touch, don't apply too much pressure or you will burn the mainboard!)them with the soldering iron until you see the solder flow up the legs and they should then go shiny if you did it right.

Let me know how you get on because i've got a PACE 2000 here with 88:88 so if you are successful, I might just give it a bash and get this box back up and running

easy way to heat them up is hair dryer it has worked for people aswell
