hi,

i am tring to upgrade my diablo cam to latest underworld and i keep getting this error...

..."Writing Data to Flash ... Please wait.
DIABLOCAM Flash written successfully
Waiting for Filesystem update ...
does alot... until....
Copying SPAN_ITA.XML to CAM:\CONFIG\CAIDS ...
Verify CAM:\CONFIG\CAIDS\SPAN_ITA.XML...
Copying OTHER.XML to CAM:\CONFIG\CAIDS ...
Verify CAM:\CONFIG\CAIDS\OTHER.XML...
Copying CONFIG.XML to CAM:\CONFIG ...
Verify CAM:\CONFIG\CONFIG.XML...
Copying ENGLISH.XML to CAM:\MENU\LANG ...
Copying ITALIAN.XML to CAM:\MENU\LANG ...
Copying DEUTSCH.XML to CAM:\MENU\LANG ...
Copying DUTCH.XML to CAM:\MENU\LANG ...
Copying TURKISH.XML to CAM:\MENU\LANG ...
Copying EXTENDED.BIN to CAM:\PLUGIN ...
Operation error

i have formated etc and still get same problem

just to add this was a cam upgraded from 2.2 to 2.3

The last Underworld file was 187, support seems to have ended after that.
Try placing underworld187.dup on your desktop, and then try loading it, as sometimes long file path names cause problems.
Which version Cas programmer do you have?
What channels are you trying to open?

hi,

the file is in desktop.

got a cas 3 plus.

Doing it for a friend as they dont have a cas not sure what channels for though... hope i havent killed his cam

any other suggestions?

got it working now.... used another cas 3 plus and this solved the issue
